Retail and Ticketing Associates assist with the daily operations of the museum, including opening and closing, guest relations, sales, customer service, and special events. The Maker Educator will assist the Director of Education in helping the museum guests and learners honor their fandoms through the production of related artifacts, like costumes, mini-figures, and more. The Maker Educator helps to design and implement a STEAM curriculum that leverages project-based learning. The primary responsibilities for the Maker Educator are to guide museum learners through maker-based learning experiences, in the form of drop-in and scheduled programming.
